Crestabond® M1-05 Structural Adhesive

Crestabond® M1-05 by Scott Bader is a rapid-curing, toughened two-component structural acrylic adhesive designed for high-throughput assembly operations. Engineered with a 10:1 mix ratio, this primer-less adhesive offers excellent bonding capabilities across a diverse range of substrates, including metals, plastics, and advanced composite materials, without requiring extensive surface prep.

Optimized for speed and efficiency in fast-paced production lines, Crestabond® M1-05 provides a working time of 4 to 7 minutes and achieves fixture strength within 12 to 18 minutes. This rapid curing profile minimizes handling times and increases productivity, making it ideal for automotive trim, marine sub-assemblies, and general manufacturing where fast turnaround is critical. The fully cured adhesive delivers high impact strength, peel resistance, and superb fatigue performance.
