Crestabond® M1-10 Structural Adhesive

Crestabond® M1-10 by Scott Bader is a medium-curing, toughened two-component structural acrylic adhesive designed for demanding assembly operations. Formulated with a 10:1 mix ratio, this primer-less adhesive provides high strength, excellent impact resistance, and superb fatigue performance on a wide variety of substrates.

Designed to optimize factory workflows where a moderate open time is needed, Crestabond® M1-10 provides a working time of 8 to 12 minutes and reaches fixture strength within 16 to 23 minutes. This balance of open time and fast curing allows technicians to align parts accurately while maintaining efficient production throughput. It bonds successfully to composites, thermoplastics, and metals without the need for primers or extensive surface preparation.
